I emailed customer support four times and received no response. I emailed once before the purchase, and they responded quickly, but now that I have concerns, they do not respond.
Telephone calls are automatically disconnected. Stay away from precutautotint.com.

They are 3 weeks late and my order was to arrive today only to get sent back for wrong adress put down so I'm very very upset as ive already been upset at the time it taken now its not coming? Wtf fml

Damaged tint was wrong anyways. UPS refunded them, not me.
Got tint weeks later that wouldn't fit a fog house.
No phone, and they don't answer emails. Total scam.

I paid extra for a strip that was missing from the package. As soon as I opened it to install the window tint, I noticed it was left out and immediately contacted them.
I went ahead and installed the tint on the other windows and followed up via email.
Now they want me to pay $10 shipping for the $14 strip they forgot to include. Very disappointing customer service.

Never got 2nd set of tint
Ordered 2nd set in case I made a mistake and I made a mistake and I didnt get my second set. You only sent me one tint for each window pre-cut for my 2015 Subaru Forester I would like a second set sent to 546 Eisenhower Dr. Point Pleasant, NJ 08742 thank you.

So I made a purchase and I order the tint for the wrong vehicle and I dont need it, but I ordered the right vehicle this time. Do I just send the one I messed up on back to yall to get the refund?

I placed a order for my 2005 Lincoln town car over 2 weeks ago for my Florida trip That Im leaving tomorrow for and yet to even receive a email with tracking or even saying that it was placed. But the money was taking out the card.
And I didnt get a receipt. Went to blank page after my order but YES IT DID THAT THE MONEY.
Preferred solution: I’d like to get atleast refunded for my shipping that I paid for. And if I can’t get what I ordered give me my *** refund and I’ll be more than happy to take my business else where
